Just a short walk from The Santa Ynez Inn you will find a brand new business to delight the palate: The Baker’s Table. Wine country would not be complete if its decadent sumptuousness did not include freshly-baked, French-inspired, homemade yumminess in its repertoire of fine gastronomic establishments.
Owner Amy Dixon has intentionally chosen fair trade, local and organic ingredients whenever possible with the “passion of an artist, persistence of a chemist, and patience of a mother.”
From Pain Au Levain , hand-rolled croissants, fresh organic salads, and sandwiches which include a Farmers’ Market
Roasted Vegetable Tartine to a lovely Plat a Fromage (Cheese Plate), guests can either enjoy menu items on site or pack their goodies for a lovely wine country picnic to enjoy back in the gardens of the Santa Ynez Inn during their stay or as they tour the many amazing wineries here in the Santa Ynez Valley.
Known as “an artisan bakery feeding the body and soul through the time-honored craft of baking”, The Baker’s Table is sure to delight with its dedication to quality food combining organic, local and fair trade ingredients to honor the earth and the hands that cultivate it.
