Santa Ynez Inn Catering

Our gourmet kitchen provides comprehensive catering and beverage service to complement any theme or style event – from elegant sit-down banquets to playful garden soirees. Our talented executive chef can create custom catering menus and culinary delights that enhance your event and impress your guests. We are very flexible and accommodating in working with all styles of menu and budget.
Meeting & Event Facilities
With 850 square feet of space, The Parlour is a spacious venue that features the ambiance of a marble and wood fireplace to ensure an intimate, warm meeting space. This wonderful room can accommodate up to 50 guests (banquet style) and 60 guests (reception style), depending on your desired style of seating. A charming wrap-around porch adds a relaxing outdoor environment for parties and receptions.
The 270 square foot Library features a marble and wood fireplace, built-in wood bookshelves, and a sliding glass door with a view of the fountain and surrounding garden. With a 12-person capacity, this charming room is perfect for small groups and gatherings seeking comfort and intimacy.
Lawn & Garden
Our Lawn and Garden area is a spectacular setting for luncheons, dinners, fundraisers, barbecues, weddings, wine tasting events and presentations. This beautiful, peaceful setting offers a scenic outdoor landscape of lush wine country scenery and the charm of historic Santa Ynez. The area may be tented – set with tables, umbrellas or canopies – to create an elegant or romantic ambiance. The idyllic Lawn and Garden area can host up to 200 seated guests for receptions, coffee breaks, wine tastings, luncheons and dinners.
Adjacent to the Santa Ynez Inn’s main building and surrounded by beautiful gardens, the Coach House (built circa 1900 to house stagecoaches and carriages in the historic village of Santa Ynez) was restored in 2006 as an elegant event facility. An antique mirrored mahogany bar graces the foyer and welcomes your guests. Luxurious carpets and beautiful artwork create warmth and ambiance throughout this charming venue. Sporting a full service prep kitchen, the Coach House offers seamless catering for all your functions and affairs. The Coach House offers 1,000 square feet of space and accommodates 40 guests in conference style seating, 125 guests for a banquet, and 125 people for theatre style seating. This elegant and historic event venue is perfect for weddings, celebrations, banquets, receptions, social functions or board-room style meetings.
